Sunset Stroll
One fine summer evening, Goleta Surfing took a relaxing stroll up the coast a bit.
The surf situation has been a bit lean lately, but the ocean is full of surprises,
so we were optimistic.
This was during one of our short little heat waves we’ve been having, so a swim was required,
surf or no surf.
Once you got out in it, it looked kind of fun.
After some body surfing, it was getting time to head back,so we did.
My dogs and my shadow and me.
I’ve used this angle a lot of times, but I think it’s days are numbered, so I’ll use it again.
The bluffs are crumbling. In fact, a sizeable chunk slid down this evening.

Just when I’m so desperate for action I get on my knees for this sand flea shot,
I look up to see surfers….
And they’re having fun!
