Valentines Weekend
February 2010 brought plenty of surf and rain.
Then, for Valentines Day, it brought us warm, beautiful sunny weather for a four day weekend.
Waves + Sun – work/school = 2x.
x = masses.
So we headed to beautiful College Cove to see who was doing what.
There we found our Buddy Ian Jenkins doing what he usually does, ripping.
Ian was trying out his new Dave Johnson. We think he liked it…
The tide was low this afternoon and the swell seemed to have shrunk a bit, but
there were still some good sized sets. And some quality.
We saw more than a few tube rides, and some of them came out alive.
Others got a thorough sinus cleansing.
Better a sinus cleanse than a foam and wax exfoliation treatment…
